  • Possibly. We can’t speak for how others work.

    What we can say is this: we’re brought in when the outdoor space needs to define the project. When it has to stand out. When the site is complex. When it needs to perform, not just look good.

    We design outdoor environments that are bold, integrated, and built to work in the real world. That’s why teams bring us in early. And why our work becomes the part people talk about.

  • Fair worry. Wrong way around.

    We design and coordinate everything outside the building: pools, structure coordination, materials, planting, lighting, furniture. One scope, one team, one throat to choke (ours). The aim is simple: the outdoor package should be the easiest part of the job to manage.

  • Earlier than feels natural.

    The best time is schematic design, while the site plan, grades, and big outdoor moves are still open. That’s when the outdoor space can still shape the project instead of decorating it. Second-best time? Now. We’ve joined projects late before and made it work. We’d just rather build the wow in than bolt it on.

  • No ‘design and dash.’

    We stay through delivery: site visits, fast answers, punch lists, and the occasional roll-up-the-sleeves problem-solving session. What gets built is what you were promised. That’s the whole point of showing up.
