01 · The Brief
Regent Street on steroids.
The Ritchie Group and Dwell Design Studio came to us with a tower on Salt Lake’s West Quarter block and one ask: help redefine the city with Regent Street on steroids, podium and rooftop amenities gritty enough to be SLC’s urban side. It isn’t one rooftop, it’s four levels: the streetscape, a Level 2 lounge, a Level 9 rooftop pool with its view lounge, and a Level 16 sky lounge. It started on trace at a charrette, then got walked in 3D.
