The concept treats the whole property as one place: an arrival court with its fountain, a pool that reads straight through to the sport court, a covered lounge and outdoor kitchen, a lawn with swings, and a fire terrace that comes into its own after dark. The concept notes don’t dress it up: a secret garden path, a sound garden for family.
