Part of a long list of thriving projects developed by Wasatch Residential Group, Parc on 5th was well-positioned for success. The apartments were planned with the goals of creating long-term value for their development partners and future residents while elevating the surrounding community.
Having a proven track record after successfully completing several other similar projects, the development company set out to make Parc on 5th the best one yet. They approached the design with a new focus on creating resort-style living environments.
Knowing which key design moves to make, our team was able to capture the desired resort-style feeling. Carefully coordinating the pool deck design with that of the high-end clubhouse, we took advantage of the opportunity to make the space exceed expectations.
Once completed, the Parc on 5th pool amenity became the best of the dozens of the development group’s apartment communities. Now referred to as the new standard, it is the jumping-off place for all of their upcoming projects.

Simple but effective.
The components that make the Parc on 5th design stand out are simple but effective. Soft textured and luscious plantings within the pool amenity deck and on both sides of the pool fence, artificial turf, and pavers in lieu of just a sea of plain gray concrete. Smaller spaces organized to strategically break up the space and provide comfortable lounge areas. A mix of programmed uses to provide both a fun and relaxing place.
In the end, success comes from knowing what makes the difference between your run-of-the-mill and an above-average pool amenity. It takes confidence to stay committed to the simple, but important design strategies that bring extra value.

With so much competition as multifamily construction booms across the Silicon Slopes, the Parc on 5th pool leaves nothing to be desired.
