Assistant Project Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
The Assistant Project Manager will be helping to oversee high-profile rooftop amenity projects from design through construction. They will help organize a team and assign tasks while maintaining Loft Six Four’s standard by providing quality assurance for construction drawings and specifications. They will take part in mentoring and training younger staff, including interns as needed.
The Assistant Project Manager is also responsible to help review and respond to RFI’s, city review comments, and submittal drawings. They will help conduct on-site construction observations and prepare punch lists.
Day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with clients, communicating with other design consultants, and attending coordination meetings, and speaking to rooftop-specific design considerations.
