Landscape Architect, design director, and late night snacker. Ideally at the 19th hole. Known for uniting the team with creativity, enthusiasm and ambition. Short term memory loss is my downfall but my patience for curating one-of-a-kind designs makes up for it.

NATALIE MILES

HR Manager / Billing Manager

HR and employee experience specialist. Photographer. Probably planning my next trip. Known for creating a space where others feel comfortable. Though I sometimes struggle focusing on one thing at a time, I always get the job done.

ALLIE PARKER

Designer

Skilled designer. Will watch or play baseball at every chance I get (my mood is determined by how well the Yankees are currently playing). Combining my love of landscape architecture, architecture, and urban design by creating awesome outdoor spaces where people get to experience the best of all three.

Designer, project compiler, and avid skier. Making sense of a task from a collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused point of view.
