01 · The Brief

Arrive through the courtyard. Stay for the pool.

In Lehi, one idea runs from the front entry courtyard through to the pool, its loungers and the backyard. Arriving is part of it here, not just the way in. It started as linework and redlines, became the concept plan, then the walk in 3D, and that’s the concept as we drew it.
